Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a Director of Hotel for a 124-meter-long expedition cruise ship with a capacity for 130 passengers. The main functions include the comprehensive management of hotel operations on board, ensuring the highest level of customer service and compliance with quality standards. The Hotel Director will oversee the department staff, manage the budget, and optimize resources to ensure an exceptional experience for passengers.
Requirements and qualifications: The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar position within the cruise sector or the hotel industry in general. Training in hotel or tourism management will be valued, as well as leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. A good command of English is essential.
Additional details: The contract is for 3 months on board with the possibility of a variation of up to 1 month, followed by 3 months of holidays with the same flexibility. The expected embarkation date is October 1, 2025.
