Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Officer (ETO) for a DP-2 Hybrid Accommodation and Work Vessel operating in the NOC Zone, Qatar. This is a rotational contract position with a leading offshore company.

Offer Details

  • Salary: 350 USD/day (subject to interview)
  • Location: NOC Zone – Qatar (Operational Area)
  • Contract: Rotational Contract
  • Vessel Type: DP-2 Hybrid Accommodation and Work Vessel (Offshore)

  • Required Training: Certificate of Competency as Electrical Technical Officer
  • Benefits: 6-8 weeks on/off rotation

Requirements

  • Experience as ETO on similar type vessels
  • Nationality: Any
  • Language: English with Marlins test 85% or higher

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and operation of high and low voltage electrical systems (HV/LV)
  • Maintenance of DP (Dynamic Positioning) systems
  • According to STCW, typical ETO functions include supervision of electrical systems, power generation, automation, and navigation equipment.
