Description of the position and key functions: A position is available for an Electrician on a Jack Up barge located in the United Kingdom. The job is for a duration of 5 to 6 weeks and will involve night shifts. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of electrical installations in an offshore environment, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vessel’s electrical systems.
Requirements and qualifications: Valid UK work permit or British nationality. Current electrical certification. Valid Medical Certificate. BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training). MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training). Seamans Book. Previous experience in offshore installations is preferred.
