Amergo Group LLC is looking for a 3rd Deck Officer with experience to join a container ship. This position requires a 4-month contractual commitment, with the possibility of variation of plus or minus 1 month, starting on 5th August 2025 or as soon as possible.
Job Description and Key Functions: The 3rd Deck Officer will be responsible for assisting in the daily navigation operations and supervision of cargo on board the container ship. Functions include, but are not limited to, supervising the maintenance of deck equipment, assisting in docking and undocking maneuvers, and collaborating with the team in managing the ship’s stability.
Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience in the position of 3rd Deck Officer on container ships. Good level of English, capable of communicating effectively in technical and operational environments.
Additional Details:
- Contract of 4+/-1 months starting on 05.08.25 or as soon as possible.
- Competitive salary of £3700-3800.
