Description of the role and key responsibilities: A professional Captain is sought for a self-propelled Jack Up Barge. The main responsibilities include overseeing and managing maritime operations on board, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards during navigation in the waters of Qatar.
Requirements and qualifications: Unlimited Captain’s License and IMCA DP logbook. Mandatory minimum experience of 24 months in the Captain’s rank on board a self-propelled Jack Up Barge. Required documentation: Updated CV with details of maritime service, COC and endorsements, valid STCW certificates, copy of passport, seaman’s book with all relevant pages, and references from previous employers. Valid medical certificate. The candidate must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
