Job Opportunity: 2nd Engineer for RO-RO Vessel
Are you an experienced 2nd Engineer looking for a new challenge? WishToSail.com is currently seeking a 2nd Officer of Machinery to work onboard a RO-RO vessel with a deadweight of 15,000 tonnes. The chosen candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the propulsion systems and auxiliary machinery of the vessel, ensuring the smooth operation of the main MAN-B&W engine of 14,000 kW. The vessel was built in 2010.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a 2nd Engineer on similar vessels
- Familiarity with MAN-B&W engines
- Technical training in maritime engineering or related field
- Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
