We are looking for a Captain for a recently built Bulk Carrier (year 2023) with a DWT of 63,000, equipped with a MAN B&W ME main engine. Responsibilities include overseeing the general operations of the ship, ensuring the safety of the crew and cargo, and ensuring compliance with international maritime standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in handling ME engines is essential. Previous experience in Bulk Carriers of similar tonnage will be considered. Necessary qualifications include a Merchant Navy Captain’s licence and up-to-date maritime safety certifications.
