Oil and Fitter Job Opportunities on 26,000 DWT LPG Vessel
Urgent vacancies have opened up for the positions of Oiler and Fitter on board an LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) vessel with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 26,000. Selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out essential maintenance, operation, and repair tasks under the supervision of senior officers on board. Oilers will focus on machinery maintenance, while Fitters will be in charge of welding and fitting repairs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar positions on tanker vessels
- Appropriate certification and training to work in the merchant navy
- Knowledge of maritime technical English for effective communication
Additional Details
- Oiler Position: Monthly salary of $1,950
- Fitter Position: Monthly salary of $2,200
- Contract Duration: 5 +/- 1 months
