Description of the position and key responsibilities: An urgent need for a Second Engineer to join the crew of a heavy cargo ship. The start date is scheduled for July 22nd and the contract duration is 10 weeks. This role involves managing the daily operations of the ship’s propulsion system, as well as overseeing the maintenance and repair of onboard machinery.
Requirements and qualifications: No previous experience with HLV ships is required, although experience with MAN B&W machinery is necessary. Previous experience in similar roles within the maritime sector is valued.
