Description of the role and key responsibilities: An urgent need for a Second Engineer to work on a Cement Carrier with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 7200 tons, built in 2009. The selected engineer will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Daihatsu 8DKM-28 engine with a power of 3399 BHP. They will work in a mixed crew environment and the trading location is the Caribbean. The contract duration is 4 months starting in December.
Requirements and qualifications: A good level of English and solid professional knowledge are essential. Verification of diploma and all relevant certificates is required. Previous experience in similar positions in the maritime sector will be positively considered.
