Description of the position and key functions: The offer is for the position of Second Officer (2ND OFF) on a high seas support vessel, specifically a DP2 AHTS/PSV. The role includes the responsibility of supervising and coordinating deck operations, ensuring the safety of the crew and vessel, and assisting in dynamic positioning maneuvers under the command officer’s supervision.
Requirements and qualifications:
- – Unlimited competency certificate for the position of 2ND OFF.
- – Dynamic Positioning License (Full DP license).
- – Proven 365-day experience as Second Officer DPO on DP2 AHTS/PSV vessels.
- – Previous experience in international environments and adaptability to the crew’s multiculturalism will be valued.
Additional details:
- – Contract duration: 120 days.
- – Salary: 235 USD per day.
- – Initial contract location: Saudi Arabia, in the ARAMCO region.
- – Expected embarkation date: 10th March 2025.
