Job Description and Key Functions:
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals for passengers. Responsibilities include supervising the kitchen team, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes, and following onboard food safety and hygiene regulations.
