Maritime engineering professionals, this one’s for you! Marpo Crew is currently seeking a skilled Third Class Engineer to join their team on a Ro-Ro vessel. If you have a passion for maintaining ship machinery, ensuring propulsion systems function smoothly, and working collaboratively with an engineering team to uphold safety and operational efficiency, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and upkeep of the ship’s machinery, ensuring proper functioning of propulsion systems, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure safety and operational efficiency at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably on Ro-Ro ships. Certification in maritime engineering and demonstrated knowledge of engine and naval system maintenance are required.
This position is based in the UAE, with a 4-month contract offering a daily salary of £128. Immediate availability is preferred.
