Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Third Engineer for a Bulk Carrier, responsible for the maintenance and supervision of machinery systems on board. The candidate will work with a mixed crew on a vessel built in Japan in 2015, with a deadweight of 60,000 tonnes.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience as a Third Engineer on bulk cargo vessels is required. Specific training in maritime engineering and skills in managing multicultural teams will be valued.
Additional details: Expected joining date is March 20, 2025. The contract duration is 5 months with the possibility of extension for an additional 1 month. The employment is at no cost to the candidate.
