Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Unique Engineer for a general cargo vessel with a DWT of 2580. Responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of propulsion systems and machinery on board, ensuring optimal functioning during navigation. Strong technical skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions in unforeseen situations are essential.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in the position of Unique Engineer on similar vessels. Good level of English for effective communication on board.
Additional details: Expected incorporation in mid-March, during week 12. 3-month contract with possible extension of +/-1 month. Remuneration of £6,900.
