Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Watchkeeping Officer (OOW) for a general cargo vessel weighing 5000 tons. The selected person will be responsible for supervising bridge operations, ensuring the safety of the ship and crew, and coordinating navigation maneuvers. The contract is for 4 months, starting on September 3, 2025.

Requirements and qualifications: Minimum 1 contract of experience in the same rank and type of vessel, or extensive experience as a Able Seaman in General Cargo with promotions to Officer. Stable maritime services and continuity in previous jobs. Valid work diploma and certificates. Good command of English.

Additional details: The offered salary ranges between 1800 and 2200 USD monthly. Candidates are expected to have availability to work in the specified location: Ukraine.
