WishToSail.com is looking for an experienced Head Chef to work on a medium to large hopper suction dredger, with a planned start date of November 19th. The position follows a rotation scheme of 4 weeks of work followed by 4 weeks off.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
The Head Chef will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality are followed in the onboard kitchen. They are expected to plan menus, manage food inventory, and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience on medium to large hopper suction dredgers
- Valid STCW certificates
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Additional Details:
- Start Date: November 19th
- Rotation: 4 weeks on board followed by 4 weeks off
