Maritime Sales Manager for ARA at ADERCO – Waterloo, Belgium
ADERCO, a leading company in sustainable fuel treatment solutions, is looking for a Maritime Sales Manager based in Europe. The role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the European maritime sector, managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts, agents, and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities aligned with sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in similar companies (international chemicals, trading, gas, maritime – B2B solution).
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with a good knowledge of spoken French.
- Experience with CRM software or sales analysis tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package.
Additional Details
The position is designed for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated by building long-term relationships with clients and passionate about business development. A full-time permanent contract is offered, starting in September 2025.
