Description of the position and key functions: The offer is intended for a Second Engineer (2E) for a multipurpose maintenance and support vessel (MPSV) with dynamic positioning system DP2. Key functions will include daily maintenance of the DP system and collaboration in operations with remotely operated vehicles (ROV) and support tasks on the seabed. Previous experience on similar vessels is essential.

Requirements and qualifications: 24 months of experience in the position of Second Engineer on similar vessels. DP maintenance certification and DP logbook (IMCA). Operational experience with ASD and Niigata systems. Previous experience in DSV/ROV operations as DPO is an advantage.

Additional details: The contract duration is 90 days on a continuous rotation basis. Immediate incorporation. The position is located in UAE ADNOC with a salary of £225 per day.
